Morocco |
Morocco is a well-known country due to its accessibility, its hospitality, its excellent gastronomy, its exotic traditions and an unbeatable quality/price ratio, which makes it the first "great trip" for most of us who live on the other side of the Strait.
However, in terms of nature it is a country completely unknown and disqualified as a desert and no more. Far removed from that desert vision, Morocco is the only country in Africa north of the Sahara, with relict tropical areas, with ecological and climatic influences typically Mediterranean and Atlantic, with mountain areas with temperate, boreal and even alpine characteristics and, of course, with the great Sahara desert. All this makes Morocco, despite its relatively small size, a very interesting destination in which in a few days, the visitor can know a great diversity of ecosystems with their associated flora and fauna. Country with an extraordinary herpetological richness, with several populations of almost extinct macromammals very interesting and with the last natural colonies of eremite ibis in the world. Here we carry out the Technical Course of Herpetological Sampling |
